As part of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, construction of the second rental housing complex has commenced in the Great Stone Industrial Park.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on September 26, 2025, with the participation of Ms. Wang Ruijuan, Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy, representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the Park’s management, and the 25th Bureau of China Railway Construction Corporation.
The project envisages a multi-apartment residential building with 173 units and a total construction area of over 15,000 sq. m. Once completed, it will finalize the formation of the Park’s first residential quarter, with a total area exceeding 30,000 sq. m.
