Belarusian Delegation Participates in Traditional Medicine Events in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, September 25-26 - A Belarusian delegation took part in a series of events dedicated to traditional Chinese and foreign medicine held in Hong Kong.

The program included participation in:
The First International Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The Exhibition of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Foreign Folk Medicine Products.

Distinguished Guests: The events were attended by high-level officials, including:

· Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
· Lo Chung-mau, Secretary for Health of the Hong Kong SAR.
· Cui Jianchun, Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in the Hong Kong SAR.
· Heads of relevant industry associations.

Presentation of the Great Stone Industrial Park: As part of the main conference agenda, representatives of the Belarusian Consulate General delivered a presentation on the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone."
The presentation highlighted the Park's investment potential, preferential business regime, and conditions for obtaining resident status.

Focus on Traditional Medicine: Special attention was given to the project for establishing a regional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) center within "Great Stone." The simplified procedures for the registration and licensing of TCM-based medicines and treatment methods were also outlined.

The exhibition featured phytotherapeutic products from the Belarusian manufacturer JSC "BELASEPTICA," including:
· Herbal teas 
· Medicinal products based on Belarusian herbs and berries.

B2B Meetings and Media Outreach: Executives of the Belarusian company held negotiations with representatives from Hong Kong business and academic circles. They also gave interviews to several Hong Kong media outlets, speaking about the benefits and eco-friendliness of Belarusian products.
