Large-scale infrastructure projects are moving forward at a rapid pace in the Great Stone Industrial Park, forming the basis for the park’s further development as an international logistics and industrial hub.
At present, railway track installation is underway for the GREATPORT Bimodal Container Terminal. Completion of construction is planned for the second half of 2026.
The terminal will become a modern “dry port” on the Belt and Road route, capable of handling up to 180,000 containers per year, with the possibility of expanding capacity to 500,000 TEU. The project provides for four railway tracks of 1,050 meters each, container yards with a capacity of up to 6,000 FEU, warehouses, service areas for container repair and washing, as well as a modern optical recognition system and digital management of all processes. Implementation of the project will be an important step in strengthening the transport and logistics potential of the park and integrating it into international cargo chains.
In parallel, work has begun on the project “Engineering and Transport Infrastructure of the China-Belarus Great Stone Industrial Park. Central Part. First Stage.” This includes the construction of Beijing Avenue and the creation of engineering networks.
The new infrastructure will provide the container terminal and future residents of the central part of the park with all the necessary engineering support for stable functioning and the development of production.
