On 21st October 2021, a new resident was registered at Great Stone Industrial Park. The company, SMD BY LLC has Belarusian and Latvian capital. The enterprise will commence high-tech manufacturing of small and medium-sized electronic components (electronic boards), which are widely used in telecommunications and data communications, healthcare, automobile industry, tool engineering, etc.
The new resident also entered into a lease with the Great Stone Industrial Park Development Company for operating facilities.
The park's operating facilities help provide rapid realization of a project. Among the 80 park residents almost 20% have purchased or rent the park's self-built operating facilities. More than one third of enterprises registered in 2021 will be located in ready-made facilities. This trend will continue in 2022.
