Infrastructure Development Continues at Great Stone

The Great Stone Industrial Park continues to expand its territory while advancing the construction of key industrial and social infrastructure facilities.

In the central part of the park’s first development phase, work is underway on engineering and transport infrastructure. Current activities include site grading, installation of stormwater drainage, water supply and underground electrical utility networks, as well as construction of a 50,000-cubic-meter stormwater retention reservoir.

Construction of the multimodal railway terminal is progressing at a rapid pace. Road construction, landscaping and greening works are underway, the installation of utility networks is nearing completion, and railway tracks have already been laid.

Construction of standard industrial buildings is also continuing. A new production facility with a total area of 21,000 square meters is scheduled for commissioning in November 2026, while the design of another 18,000-square-meter production building is currently underway.

Construction of the park’s second rental residential building for employees is also progressing. The reinforced concrete frame has been completed, and work is continuing on the installation of internal utility systems, interior finishing and the ventilated facade. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
