- Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 299 dated May 20, 2020, which extended the validity period of documents defined by this resolution. This resolution was adopted pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 172 dated May 19, 2020 "On the extension of the validity period of documents".
The certificates and documents issued to individuals and legal entities, that expire between April 30 and July 31, 2020, will remain valid for another three months.
The lists of administrative procedures performed on applications of citizens and in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the validity period of issued certificates or other documents for which is extended for three months, included 202 and 167 procedures, respectively. Among them:
issuance and extension of a special permit for the right to engage in labor activities in the republic to a foreign citizen or a stateless person;
issuance and extension of permits for the right of recruitment of foreign labor to Belarus to legal entities, and others.
The extension of certificates, other documents and decisions specified in the resolution does not preclude citizens and legal entities from applying to the authorized bodies for the implementation of the administrative procedure, for issuing documents and adopting other decisions according to the established procedure.

- Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 305 dated May 22, 2020, according to which from May 25, 2020 and until the special decision of the Government, the applicant’s personal presence is not required:
for approval of names of commercial and non-commercial organizations;
provision of documents to receive information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and provision of information mentioned above.
